Welcome to OCD North! We offer virtual treatment across Canada and in-person sessions in Barrie, Ontario. Please be sure to book the consultation under the name of who is in need of our services.

Jas Brar MSW, RSW

Jas is a social worker with over 8 years of experience working with adults facing complex mental health and/or substance use issues. Having worked in both non-profit and health authority settings, Jas has an extensive understanding of the social determinants of health, especially for people living with OCD. For this reason, Jas understands the significance of providing evidence-based best practice support to overcome barriers and gaps in treatment for those struggling with OCD.

Jas holds an appreciation of the diversity and uniqueness of each of her clients, therefore her approach is client-specific, working from an intersectional and culturally competent lens.

Jas is a registered social worker in good standing with the BC College of Social Workers.
